Step 1 – Quotation Our Groups Department will tailor-make an itinerary to meet the group’s requirements, assist with planning the route, provide suggestions on how to enhance the itinerary and consult on the style of accommodation to use. We are one stop shop for airfares, accommodation, transportation, touring, cruising, restaurants and guides. Step 2 – Booking Once you approve the itinerary we will book all arrangements and advise confirmation outlining deposits required and payment deadlines. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we can give you the maximum marketing time before non-refundable deposits are paid. Step 3 – Marketing We can assist in marketing your group by providing a print ready pdf single or double sided flyer detailing your tour, inclusions, contact details etc. We can also assist with co-op advertising and information presentations. Step 4 – Names and Payments Advise us of names of travellers and make payments by due dates. Step 5 – Documentation Final documentation is despatched and the group are ready to travel! Why Groups? involved with sourcing, quoting and organising travel for a large amount of people. Booking

from start to finish for flights, accommodation, touring, cruising, tour escorts, themed

groups in the form of price reductions, FOC for tour leader etc. Cruise lines are especially
generous to groups and often will provide 1 FOC berth for 16 passengers and sometimes
even at 10 passengers.
